Photos from my first video, and what they mean to me

When I reflected on the lyrics for my song “One!” — a song of harmony between the Earth, animals, and people — images came. I saw creative kids and cute animals expressing harmony with the earth and each other. Then I filmed such images. Here are a few “preview” pix!

Children hugging the Earth

I call this first photo “Earth Hug.” These are two of the adorable children in my video, representing our not-so-lost innocence that makes oneness with each other and our planet possible. To me they also represent a balance of masculine and feminine completeness in each person, shown here in balance with the world.

Several animals brought sweetness, mischief and curiosity to the video! Below are two of them, a baby tortoise and baby bunny, delivering my song’s message in a soft yet picturesque way. They invite us to enjoy the wonders of our Earth experience.

Oneness with Nature

Musical Harmony of the Soul with the Earth

The music of nature is one with the music of the soul. This picture of me, playing guitar and singing in the woods, represents harmony with nature. If you look closer you may see more parallels … I’m wearing the earth color blue, and you may notice the brown wood of my guitar is surrounded by the wood of the trees. There is an implied song nature is singing. Spirit sings in all of us. So does the earth.

I’m excited about the many additional creative images you’ll experience in my video! It will be released this week, in case you’d like to use it as a Happy Earth Day greeting to your loved ones, or to show to your classroom or spiritual gathering … Stay tuned — the video is coming! Meanwhile, please share this message and the photos, and send me your comments.
